One balance, five blockchains

Qardex holds USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, TRX and BNB. Stablecoins can be deposited on Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and Solana (SPL); BTC arrives on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, TRX on Tron and BNB on BNB Smart Chain. TON can be held and swapped inside the wallet.

Every balance is shown in US dollars at the live market price, so the home screen always tells you what the whole wallet is worth right now.

Amounts are in units of the asset. Send only on the network shown for your address — a transfer below the minimum is not credited.

On Solana, Qardex accepts USDT and USDC only: native SOL is not credited. TON deposits and withdrawals are not open yet.

How to deposit

  1. Open QardexStart @qardexbot in Telegram and tap Open Qardex.
  2. Choose the asset and networkIn Receive, pick the coin and the exact network you will send from.
  3. Copy the address or scan the QRSend from an exchange or another wallet, on that network only.
  4. Wait for confirmationsThe deposit is credited automatically once the network confirms it.

Withdrawals

You request a withdrawal in the app: choose the asset, the network and the destination address. The Qardex team processes every request. While it is still pending you can cancel it, and a cancelled or rejected withdrawal returns the full amount to your balance.

The withdrawal fee covers the blockchain transfer and depends on the network — see the table above. Check the address and the network twice: a blockchain transfer cannot be reversed.

Questions and answers

Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and Solana (SPL). The minimum is 20 USDT on each of them; the same applies to USDC.

A transfer below the minimum for its asset and network is not credited to your balance. Check the minimum in the app before you send.

It is credited automatically after the network confirms it: 2 confirmations on Bitcoin, 12 on Ethereum, 15 on BNB Smart Chain, 19 on Tron and 32 on Solana. On fast networks that is a few minutes; on Bitcoin it can take about half an hour.

Not yet. On Solana, Qardex accepts USDT and USDC only — native SOL sent there is not credited. TON can be held and swapped, but TON deposits are not open.

No. Qardex charges nothing for deposits; the sending network takes its own fee from the sender.
